At Nutrixon, we are committed to delivering your health and wellness products safely and on time.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders are processed upon dispatch confirmation.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified amount (as displayed on the website).

4. Courier Partners Nutrixon ships via trusted courier services including TCS, Leopards, and other reliable logistics partners across Pakistan.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts.
  • After failed attempts, the order may be returned to Nutrixon. Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
