Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Nutrixon. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of health and wellness products, the following return and refund policy applies.

1. Eligibility for Returns: Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or expired.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product packaging is unopened and in its original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, Nutrixon does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with broken seals.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Promotional or discounted items unless defective.

3. Refund Process: Once your return request is approved and the product is received:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.
  • Cash-on-Delivery orders may be refunded via bank transfer or digital wallet.

4. Replacement Policy: Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Nutrixon will bear return shipping costs for products delivered incorrectly or received damaged.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for any other approved returns.

6. How to Request a Return: Please contact our Customer Support with:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Photographs of the product (if damaged)
